We are an innovation center dedicated to accelerating the application of social capital and technology for economic prosperity. Startup Kano is an open lab and incubation space that promotes and advocates entrepreneurship, Agribusiness, and Self employment. We incubate and accelerate startups and train them on strategies to secure funding from venture capitalists, angel investors, and government grants. We provide guidance on bootstrapping strategies for startup growth strategies and expansion.
Mission
- As a pioneer innovation hub, to be a world class support center for transforming women and youth lives.
- Build companies that can tackle unemployment and solve local problems.
- Be the ecosystem enablers by supporting the ecosystem especially industry academia collaboration, research commercialization and government policy development, advocacy and support.
- Create opportunities for Women and Youth in our ecosystem.
- Work with organizations to deliver projects that aim at creating a sustainable ecosystem for startup growth and technology innovations.
