About the Program

The Creative Enterprise Programme provides a creative approach to business for creative people. The workshop uses tried-and-tested business concepts presented in a way conducive for creative people to learn.

The Creative Enterprise Programme builds on the Creative Enterprise Toolkit and adapts its content for a workshop environment. The workshop is a learn-by-doing approach – participants complete the workshop exercises with their business in the focus. There are interactive exercises, peer-led activities, guest speakers, and time for reflection, all curated for a positive learning environment.

The workshop is led by a Creative Enterprise Programme workshop facilitator (and creative entrepreneur in their own right), who creates a safe space for learning and feedback. The workshop facilitator provides guidance to help creative and social entrepreneurs explore their business ideas, develop their business proposition, and create a business model that suits their hopes and motivations.

After the three-day workshop, the participants join the Creative Enterprise Programme community and will have opportunities to attend alumni events, participate in ongoing learning, have their success story published by Nesta and the British Council as a global case study, and more. In this case, we will create a WhatsApp group for ongoing support and other opportunities.

The Creative Enterprise Programme is for entrepreneurs in the creative industries, such as advertising and marketing; architecture; crafts; creative hubs; design (product, graphic, interior, etc); digital media and gaming; fashion; film, TV and radio; performing arts; publishing and literature; museums, galleries, and libraries; music; and visual arts and photography.
